Rhay and Fuzz Balled Nega Troopa

Rhay has come up with a fun thing for characters. I think it's a chibi-style she calls "Fuzz Ball." It look so cool, I thought I'd give it a try. And I do it with a character of mine, the evil Nega Troopa, Offender of the Innocent, and Rhay Tatsuki's evil master.

Nega Troopa: DAAAHH! What have you done to me?! I look like a cartoon character! I can't be be the ultimate EVIL so cute. Cute is NOT EVIL! And stop hugging me! I'm not cute, I'm not cute at all. I'M EVIL! Ooohhh...! Rhay, if you don't put me down right now, you're in for a spanking! I'm warning you! GRAAAAH! I'm EVIL! EVIL, EVIL, EVIL, EVIL, EVIL, EVIL!!!

Yeah, don't mind him. I hope I can see some of my characters Fuzz Balled, whether I try it or Rhay does.
